Can I get samples?

Yes. One sample kit is Free at store pickup. 5 Free Sample kits are included for membership. You can also order the samples online at Rs.100 /per.

Can I get samples as per my design / artwork?

No. We do direct bulk printing. You can check design yourself by sampling with digital print, before placing order.

I want sample before bulk print.

If you really concern about the quality check before bulk quantity, please contact us.  We will arrange it with extra sampling + shipping cost. You also have option of sample kit to check quality.

What is production time?

We do production as per timeline mentioned in our rate card. Production time is calculated as per working days [Monday – Friday] excepting Public holidays. Our cut-off time is  3pm. Order received after 3 pm, will be processed by the next print run.

Can I divide quantity for two separate designs?

No. Quantities mentioned for each product in this rate card are applicable for one design/order. If you want 1000 card with 2 different design, you have to place 2 separate order with 500 quantity each. 500 quantity’s rate will be applicable per design.

Where do I find my membership details?

You will find all details about your membership and order on the customer panel at www.printbee.store/my-account.

What is wallet? How to use?

  1. Speed up your order process with wallet payment options.
  2. Recharge your wallet as per suitable amount.
  3. You can pay instantly while placing an order online.
  4. Or your wallet will be debited when your order is ready to ship.
  5. Keep your wallet with insufficient fund  to clear the order amount in order to process the shipping / delivery

Is designing included?

No. We are print production company. You need to share/upload design file to place the order. Please contact us for designing request.

How to send design / artwork for printing?

  1. You can upload file when placing orders. If the file is heavy you can use wetransfer.com to share the artwork.
  2. If you are sending files for printing on email, please mention below details in the email. We recommend sending separate emails for each order. It will help to avoid confusions and mistakes.

  3. Delivery / Shipping Preference.(Select from Store Pickup / Doorstep-Mumbai Delivery  / Shipping-Air / Shipping Surface)
  4. We accept files in CDR-14, Illustrator-CS6 or PDF format only.
  5. Write complete instructions in the main design as per guidelines [View Design Guidelines]
  6. For PDF designs, do not mention details in the artwork / design

Difference in design and printing result?

As a general fact, 5-10% colour variation occurs in every print run. We process CMYK colour profile. We strongly recommend to convert all images & graphic to CMYK profile before placing order. There is a chance of difference in printing for RGB images.

What is delivery /shipping time?

After production, usually it takes working 3-4 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for other location. Please note delivery time is completely depend on our shipping partner’s connections. For Mumbai based customer, we have option of next-day delivery. Redpixel shall not be responsible for any damage in transit of shipment. To insure your shipment, please contact our sales team

How do I calculate the Shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated based in product weight. Product weights are mentioned for each product as per quantity.
We do flat rate shipping with Rs. 35 per 0.5 KG with base rate Rs.150.

For Doorstep Delivery in Mumbai:
Rs.250 up to 5 KG. Extra weight Rs.50per / 0.5 KG

For Shipping across India
Rs. 35 / per 500gm [Surface Mode] + Rs. 150 extra base rate per shipment
Rs.70 / per 500gm [ Air More] + Rs. 150 extra base rate per shipment

Handling cost
Rs.150 per 5KG.

Example: If product weigh is 1.5 KG., Shipping cost will be Rs. 255.00 (Rs.150 Base rate + Rs.105 for 1.5 KG)

How I can cancel order? What is Cancellation policy?

Order can not be cancelled after confirmation or if order processed for printing. If you want to cancel the order, you have to inform  us (on call) within 1 HR after order placed.  As orders are completely customised, no refund will be processed.
